Although the founder is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, The Real Pass operates solely as an informational resource. It does not act as a broker or agent, does not place clients, and does not guarantee housing approvals or outcomes.

About the Founder

The Real Pass was founded by a New York State–licensed real estate broker with more than 25 years of experience navigating New York City housing. Through decades of work with City FHEPS, FHEPS, Section 8, and other voucher programs, she saw firsthand how overwhelming the process can be for everyday New Yorkers.

She built The Real Pass to bring clarity, structure, and real guidance to people who deserve honest information and support — not confusion, dead ends, or misinformation. Her mission is simple: help New Yorkers move through their housing journey with confidence.
